Josie Josie Bindi Bindi AmandaJosie Davis, a Hollywood born native of California She is a performer, writer, and producer. Davis has made her mark at the age of three when she starred in television advertisements. She was cast as a series regular when she was just a child on the cult television series, Charles In Charge. This show was the number one rated in syndication. Josie received three nominations, and won the respected Youth In FIlm Award for her character Sarah Powell. When she was an adult and a lead in numerous television movies Davis has won the prestigious two Lifetime Movie Network awards. Davis was a student of actor Paul E Richards intensively for nearly twenty years, despite her ability to have entered USC's prestigious Writing program. Davis aged of 24, auditioned with the top stars in Hollywood including Shelley Winters and Mark Rydell in addition to Martin Landau. After only one audition Davis was admitted to the famed Actors Studio as a member with privileges to work, and later was made a Lifetime Member just after her second phone call. Davis was among the only two applicants in the auditions that year among over 1,000 auditionees.
